Rescuers Meet Accident Victim 20 Months after Serious Accident.

The Upper Nazareth Fire Dept. Along with Nazareth Fire Dept. and Nazareth Ambulance was able to meet and talk with accident survivor Johanna Pizzolo at a Hero's Event hosted by St.Lukes Trauma Center. The event was held at the Arts Quest Center in front of the beautiful steel stacks in Bethlehem. The night was emotional at times especially when you talked to Johanna and her family and watched the video from the accident scene that she was flown by Penn Star to the interviews from Upper Nazareth and Nazareth Fire Dept rescuers. Also interviewed were Doctors and hospital staff. Johanna along with her husband and two pediatric children were involved in a serious MVA in Upper Nazareth Township. Johanna along with her husband and children were all injured with her most critical and her young child sitting behind her also had very serious injuries. All four patients recovered from their injuries and are very thankful to be alive.
