Upper Nazareth Fire Dept along with Nazareth Ambulance Paramedics responded to a reported Motor Vehicle Accident with entrapment. One single vehicle into a tree. 5412 crew arrived and started extraction. 5456 took 54 command. 5411 left the scene and headed to the Clipper Field off of Newport Ave to set up a landing Zone for Air Medical (PennStar) To land. 5461 was landing officer.
