| Why did you join the fire department? |
My reason to join was to continue in the fire service. Help the community. Learn more of the new technologies and techniques.
I have been A FF since 1975 started in Phillipsburg NJ lifetime member of Reliance Hose Company. Also, past FF at Lopatcong Township and Belvidere NJ. Member of the NJ exempt firemen’s association. Moved to Upper Nazareth around 2003 joined the fire dept a few years later. Rejoined in 2022. |

| What are your hobbies and/or interests outside of the fire department? |
My other interest are Electronics, Aeronautics, small engines, live sound reinforcement and stage management. Pet rescues. Anything Safety |

| What do you like best about being part of the fire department? |
I like the camaraderie with fellow FF. Learning how to use new equipment. Of course, being able to help others in their time of need. |

| What is your most memorable incident? |
Both in Phillipsburg. First on the scene getting a family with 3 small children out of a multi-family apartment that was fully involved above there’s. The other was not so successful. Finding 2 children and a mother in a room full of smoke under a bed. Both properties were destroyed and torn down later |

Firefighting training, Warren County fire school Washington NJ. Specialty training in row homes. Pump operations, driver, Phillipsburg, Delaware park and Belvidere NJ fire dept.
E.V.O.C. Fire police advanced, CPR, pump operations, and other certs. Upper Nazareth Fire Dept. |
