8/29/14 Upper Nazareth Fire Dept. was dispatched to a non-injury accident by the entrance of 7 Eleven on East Lawn Rd (RT 191). Two vehicles were involved and one needed to be towed. The second vehicle was drivable. One patient was a sign off with Nazareth EMS.
