Fire School begins...

The journey begins today. Five members of the Upper Nazareth Fire Department are starting fire school to learn the fundamental skills required for certification as interior firefighters. Each of these young men has already demonstrated outstanding commitment since joining the Company, and now they face the next test, overcoming personal doubts and pushing past their limits.

Motor Vehicle Entrapment SUV vs. Tractor trailer

At 5:18 AM this morning (September 23, 2025), our volunteers were requested for mutual aid by Palmer Township Fire 27 for a motor-vehicle crash with entrapment at Main Street & Trolley Line Road (SUV vs. tractor-trailer).
Crews worked quickly to stabilize the scene and extricate four trapped occupants lodged underneath the tractor trailer, who were then transported to local hospitals.

Responding agencies included Upper Nazareth Police, Lower Nazareth Police, Bushkill Police with drone units, Pennsylvania State Police, K9 teams from the Wolfpack, Upper Nazareth Fire Department, Vigilance Hose Fire Company, Palmer Fire Department, with their specialized drone units, and EMS 50 Nazareth Paramedics, ...
